This cheesy, garlicky, buttery corn is the perfect side dish for BBQs, family dinners, or just a delicious snack!
Ingredients:
β’ 4 ears of corn, husked 







β’ 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 

β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced 

β’ Β½ tsp salt 

β’ Β½ tsp black pepper 

β’ Β½ tsp paprika (optional) 

β’ ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

β’ ΒΌ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese 



β’ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 

β’ 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions:

β’ Boiling: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
β’ Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

β’ In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

β’ Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture.

β’ Sprinkle grated Parmesan all over the corn.
β’ Sprinkle mozzarella or cheddar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes (if using an oven) or let it melt over the warm corn.

β’ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
