• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thicker syrup)

🧑‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:

1️⃣ In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3️⃣ Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until berries break down and mixture thickens slightly.
4️⃣ (Optional) For a thicker syrup, mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and stir into the syrup. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
