Amish Refrigerator Pickles

°6 c cucumbers
°1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
°1 sliced onion
°1 tsp cider vinegar
°2 tsp white sugar
°1 teaspoon of celery seeds
°2 tablespoons of salt
Sliced vegetables into 2 quart jars, I like to layer them: you can leaving out onions also peppers, if you like, but they’re so good! Ready to eat in 24 h. Best taste if consumed within a week or two ~ but I like to add tomato wedges or slices to this liquid for the night when it’s nearly empty of veggies
