Biscuits from the Heart – 3-Ingredient Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flou

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt) (Optional: a pinch of salt or sugar to taste)

Instructions:




  • Preheat the oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder (and salt if using).
    Add yogurt: Stir in the yogurt gently until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.
    Shape the biscuits: Form the dough into small balls or rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
    Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
    Serve: Enjoy warm with butter, honey, or jam.
