Cheesy Herb Quick Bread

Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your favorite)
• 2 tbsp dried herbs (parsley, rosemary, or thyme)
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
• 1 egg

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cheese, and herbs.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, and egg.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined (don’t overmix).
5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool slightly before slicing.

✅ Tip: Sprinkle some garlic powder or Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.
