Classic Breakfast Plate (Fried Eggs, Sausage & Toast) 

Ingredients:

• 2 large eggs

• 2–3 breakfast sausages

• 2 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)

• 1 tbsp butter (for the toast)

• 2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

• Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausages:

• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.

• Add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

2. Fry the Eggs:

• In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil.

• Crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side up, or flip for over-easy/over-medium if you prefer.

• Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Toast the Bread:

• Lightly toast the bread slices.

• Spread butter on top while still warm.

4. Assemble the Plate:

• Serve the sausages, fried eggs, and buttered toast together on a plate.
