
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni), cooked al dente
½ cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in the cooked chicken, pasta, half the cheddar cheese, half the bacon, and green onions (if using).
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
