Creamy Garlic Pasta

I love the taste of lightly fried garlic. Combine it with cream, chicken broth, cheese, pasta, butter, and you have got yourself an awesome meal! I know you love a creamy pasta dish well, who doesn’t? If you follow these simple and easy steps, prepare all the ingredients, I promise you that you will eat the perfect pasta tonight! This is also a very cheap pasta recipe. You won’t be needing meat or other extenders to make this dish extra special. All you need is to season it is butter, pepper, salt, cream,  parsley, cheese, and of course the garlic. It has a very subtle taste. All the ingredients complement well with each other. Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil

4 garlic clove (blank)s garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons butter

3 cups chicken broth, or more as needed

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

½ pound spaghetti

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ cup heavy cream

1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley

Directions: 

Step 1: Place a medium pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Pour in olive oil and add in the garlic. Stir for about 1 to 2 minutes or until aromatic.

Step 3: Add in the butter and stir until melted completely.

Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to boil.

Step 5: Add in the spaghetti and cook for 12 minutes or until al dente’ while stirring from time to time. (Pour in more chicken broth if the pasta noodles stick to the pan.)

Step 6: Add in the cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Stir until well combined.

Step 7: Serve right away and enjoy it!
