Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Total: 20 mins | Servings: 10 | Yield: 10 pancakes

These Pumpkin Pancakes are the best! They taste as simple as the way they were prepared. This recipe is a default if you ask me because you can add a lot more ingredients to this recipe. For example, adding chocolate chips will bring these pancakes to the next level! Also, if you want, you can add syrup as well. Usually, I don’t need it but if you do, feel free to do so. Oh man, you are all in for a treat! Try this today and surprise your kids by how awesome these pancakes are. Enjoy!

1 cup pumpkin pie filling

2 large eggs

2 cups of milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch ground nutmeg

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs and pumpkin pie filling. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 2: Add in flour, baking powder, milk, pumpkin pie, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Whisk until well mixed and smooth.

Step 3: Place a griddle on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 4: Drizzle oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 5: Spoon the batter and drop them into the hot oil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the sides are dry.

Step 6: Flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes or until the colour turns brown. Repeat this method until the batter is cooked into pancakes.
