GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN (IN A CROCK POT)

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 8 hrs | Yield: 4-6 servings

Whole chicken roasted in garlic butter with mouthwatering gravy. Yum! This recipe is my new crockpot BFF. The easiest and the most delicious way of cooking a whole chicken! The garlic butter gives the chicken so much flavour, leave the skin moist, and the meat tender. And because this is a crockpot recipe, I don’t need to spend forever in the kitchen. I just put everything in the pot and go. And when it is ready, I am guaranteed a mouthful and delicious meal that my family will love and enjoy. This dish surely a keeper. Perfect for busy bees like me, and for the whole family!
