For this recipe, I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I sometimes use chicken thighs. Both are amazing! You can also use either or a combination of yoghurt and/or sour cream depending on your preferences. To make it easier, I place the crackers in a large Ziploc and crush them using a rolling pin.
