Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast


Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp should reach 165°F / 74°C).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
