Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add! Just do it and you can thank me later! Ingredients:

3 russet potatoes, sliced

4 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

½ c parmesan cheese, shredded

Parsley, chopped

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the potatoes.

Step 3: Drizzle olive oil on top and toss until the potatoes are well coated.

Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Step 5: Transfer the seasoning over the potatoes and toss until well coated.

Step 6: Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet.

Step 7: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and sprinkle pepper and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 9: Put it back inside the oven and bake for 20 more minutes or until done.

Step 10: Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Step 11: Serve immediately and enjoy!
