SLOW COOKER HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE

This is a very hassle-free recipe! All you need to do is to add all the ingredients inside the slow cooker and cook. As easy as that and you have yourself a meal to remember! Invite your friends over and surprise them with the amazing flavours of this incredible meal. Just last week, my best friend came over. We had a good long talk about our lives and we got so hungry that we decided to browse recipes online instead of just having food delivered. We found this recipe and we did not realize that we need to wait 4 to 6 hours for it to cook. We ended up ordering pizza and waited for this to be done cooking. It was worth the long wait because we ate the whole thing. It was so good! Anyway, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Serve this with soda or juice and garlic bread, and you have yourself a perfect meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 (30 oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed or shredded

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 teaspoon salt

1 (8 oz) container sour cream

1 (10.75 oz) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 (6 oz) package, herb-seasoned stuffing mix

2 cups chopped ham

Directions:

Step 1: Apply nonstick cooking spray in a slow cooker.

Step 2: Add the dried onion soup mix, hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cheese, ham, and sour cream. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3: Sprinkle stuffing mix on over.

Step 4: Spread the melted butter on top of the stuffing mix.

Step 6: Spoon into a serving bowl.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
