Sweet and Moist Cinnamon Roll Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This cake will always have a place in my heart! I am very impressed with the taste of this Cinnamon Roll Cake. Oh my, you need to give this a try because I know that you need this in your life. It’s very easy to make so I can’t think of any reason why you should not give this a go. Serve this with lemon juice or coffee. Enjoy!


3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup of sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

1 stick melted butter


2 sticks butter, room temperature

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp cinnamon


4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1- 11/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

4-6 Tbsp milk


Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the cake ingredients aside from the melted butter. Beat until well mixed.

Step 4: Add in the melted butter and beat until well combined.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 6: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the topping. Beat until well blended.

Step 7: Spoon the topping and drop them in on top of the cake. Swirl the mixture using a bread knife.

Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Step 10: In a small mixing bowl, add the glaze ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Step 11: Spread the glaze on top of the warm cake.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
