I love anything seafood especially shrimps and crabs. Every time I travel I make sure to go to places with lots and lots of amazing seafood dishes. I cannot remember where I get this recipe but I have been making this since I can remember. This is a pretty simple, easy, and quick shrimp dish. Great alongside anything – veggies, salad, rice, etc. Perfectly seasoned shrimps with a glorious crunch in every bite. Rich, buttery, with a heavenly garlic parmesan flavor. My kids are obsessed and I can understand why. I urge you to try this and I am one hundred perfect certain that your family will ask for this over and over again.

Ingredients:

1 serving nonstick cooking spray

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons butter, melted, or more to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 2: Using a nonstick cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole.

Step 3: In a large resealable plastic bag, add the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Seal and shake to combine. Then, add in the shrimps and shake again to coat.

Step 4: In the prepared baking dish, place the shrimps and sprinkle over any remaining bread crumb mixture from the bag. Then, drizzle with melted butter.

Step 4: Place inside the preheated oven and bale for 15 to 20 minutes until the shrimps begin to crisp. Adjust to broil, and continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes until the topping is light brown.

Note:

For the bread crumbs, you are welcome to use panko bread crumbs if that is what you prefer.
