1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 c water

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Slice the washed potatoes into two and add them inside a resealable bag.

Add the seasonings, oil, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Shake the bag until the potatoes are well coated.

Add the sausage and water. Cook until brown and dry.

Remove the sausage from the pan and allow them to cool.

Add the sausage inside the bag with the potatoes.

In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt.

Add the garlic and onions. Sauté until aromatic and soft.

Add the sauteed onion and garlic inside the bag with the potatoes and sausage. Shake the bag until well combined.

Add the green beans and shake the bag again until well mixed.

Transfer everything onto the greased baking dish.

Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
