
• 200g graham crackers (or digestive biscuits), crushed
• ½ cup (115g) melted butter
• 2 cups (450g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
• 200g white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
• ½ cup (100g) sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Steps:
1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into a springform pan, and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add melted white chocolate and mix well.
4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff, then fold gently into the mixture.
5. Pour filling over crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
