Wendy’s Chili

°2 pound ground beef
°1 L tomato juice 1 (29 ounces)
°1 (15 ounce) can of tomato puree
°can kidney beans, drained 1 (15 ounces)
°can pinto beans, drained 1
°medium onion
°1/2 c diced celery
°1/4 c green bell pepper
°1/4 cup chili powder (use less for a milder chili)
°1 tsp cumin (use more for real flavor)
°1 1/2 t garlic powder
°1 t salt
°1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
°1/2 teaspoon of sugar
°1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In skillet, browning ground beef.  Put the beef and remaining ingredients in a 6-quart saucepan. Covering pot & simmer the chili for 1 to 1 1/2 h, stir every 15 min
